Complete Hibachi Catering Solutions

Hibachi catering starts at $55.00 per adult and $30.00 per child, with a $550.00 minimum spend. Adult pricing, child pricing, and minimum spend vary by service area. Most events also include a travel fee based on the event address. A 20% chef gratuity is suggested, and payment is cash only after the service.

Payment is made directly to the chef via cash after the party. A deposit may be required to secure your booking and confirm the chef's schedule. If a deposit is required, the remaining balance is paid after the party.

Your hibachi chef brings the grill, cooking setup, food, and live hibachi entertainment. Please provide tables and chairs arranged around the cooking area, plus plates, salad bowls, eating utensils, napkins, and drinks. We usually cook outdoors, including suitable patios, terraces, balconies, and covered outdoor areas. Indoor setups may be possible only when there is enough space, proper ventilation, and the location allows it. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure about your setup.

No. Tables and chairs are not included with our standard service, so guests should plan to provide their own. However, rentals are available in select service areas. Please contact our customer service team to confirm availability and pricing for your location.

We provide services rain or shine, as long as there is a dry area for the chef to cook under. The cooking area must be safe, covered, and protected from heavy rain or wind.

Indoor service may be possible in some locations, but it depends on ventilation, space, fire-safety, building rules, and chef approval. We usually recommend an outdoor or covered outdoor cooking area. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether your setup works.

The chef typically arrives about 15 minutes before your party time and will contact you when on the way. Arrival times may vary based on traffic and local conditions.

Most parties last about 1 hour and 30 minutes from the scheduled start time.

Our standard menu does not include nuts or sesame products, but please tell us about any allergies before booking so the team can review your needs and reduce cross-contact where possible.

Yes. We regularly accommodate gluten-free guests. Please bring your preferred gluten-free soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, and let us know in advance so the chef can prepare that portion separately.
