Chef Conduct and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Chefs arrive on time and execute the agreed-upon menu<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>They maintain professional cleanliness and food safety standards<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Share dietary restrictions in advance so we can accommodate them<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"hn-terms__section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>5. Property Damage Liability Waiver<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Hibachi Now is not responsible for any property damage to the host or guests<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>&quot;Property damage&quot; includes harm to real or personal property at the venue<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>The host and guests waive claims for loss, damage, or destruction<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>They fully release the catering service from liability before, during, and after the event<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"hn-terms__section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>6. Cancellation &amp; Weather Policy<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Cancel or reschedule at least 3 days ahead to receive a deposit refund<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Less than 3 days&#039; notice keeps the deposit but it can be applied to another booking<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>The cancellation policy admits no exceptions<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>If rain is forecast, provide shelter (tent, patio, etc.) so the chef can cook safely<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"hn-terms__section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>7. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>This includes natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or transportation failures<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>In such events we attempt to reschedule or offer alternatives<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Deposits are refunded or applied to future bookings at the client&#039;s choice<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"hn-terms__section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>8.
